Detect abnormal energy patterns: FCU power high when off, chiller power with no cooling demand, excessive CH1 starts, CH2 standby above baseline, high night kWh, high HVAC kWh in mild weather, high fan power near setpoint, or cooling during closed/staff-only hours.
How To Test
Generate WASTE_EVENTS or INSIGHTS output from FOX processed data. Each event should include timestamp, equipment group, suspected issue, measured kW/kWh, expected range, and estimated wasted kWh.
Success Metrics
Recurring waste events found, estimated avoidable kWh, and actionable top waste patterns.
